A common way of explaining what CBD oil makes you feel is by comparing it to a "runners high". For those who are not familiar with the "runners high", it's basically a flood of endorphins that lifts your mood in a completely natural way. While we legally cannot say how CBD oil will effect you mentally and physically, there are certain locations online where users share their experiences with CBD and explain what their experience was. I highly recommend asking a friend who has tried CBD products or look to social media groups; such as Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.

Full spectrum CBD hemp plants are legally required to contain under 0.3% of THC, which is the primary psychoactive cannabinoid within the hemp plant, which is just enough to enhance any potential medicinal and therapeutic benefits, but not enough to get you high.

The question of how long CBD oil remains in  your systems depends partly on how it is being consumed.

There is proof that CBD stays in our bodies for 1-2 days when taken at moderate doses for oral ingestion. There hasn't been a lot of research on this topic, however, and estimates differ because of this. Other research indicated that CBD's half-life is around 18-32 hours. This figure means that you would have 50 ml left in your bloodstream if you drink 100 ml of CBD, then within 18-32 hours. Some accounts have CBD for as long as 3-4 days as it remains in your body. However, on average, you can expect some CBD to linger for a few days in your body, but not much longer than that.

It is worth noting that many variables are involved in the length of time CBD stays in our systems. For instance, CBD is fat-soluble, so it will be stored by our bodies inside our fat cells. If you exercise regularly and burn off fat, you are far more likely than someone who is sedentary to get rid of the CBD particles quicker. Additionally, CBD can live in your body for a longer period of time if you have more excess fat. With that being said, on average, users should expect to see CBD leave their body at most for a few days.

As opposed to small doses, higher doses of CBD can also have an effect on how long the CBD can remain in the body. Your liver, as with any material, can only filter so much at once. You may think of your liver as a blood cleansing service, which can break down certain amounts of substances every hour. As a hypothetical example , assume that 50ml of CBD can be broken down in your liver per hour. This would mean CBD may stay in your bloodstream for 12 hours if you were to drink 600ml. However, CBD can be removed in two if you consume 100ml. True biological procedures are, of course, more uncertain than that. The basic principle, however, is the same: consuming large amounts of CBD would mean that it remains in your body for longer.
